Analysis

This ordinance provides for a pro rata permit fee refund for any period, to be determined solely by the commissioner of public works, when access to a loading and unloading zone is prevented for 6 or more consecutive months by road construction or any other city-directed activity.

The ordinance also eliminates duplicative provisions relating to loading zone fees.
