Analysis
This resolution grants an amended special privilege to Derco Aerospace, Inc. and Derco Repair Services, Inc. for encroachment into the public right-of-way of underground communication cabling between 8050 West Fairlane Avenue and 8065 West Fairlane Avenue.
Body
Whereas, Dermond Associates LLP, requested permission to keep and maintain underground communication cabling in order to provide networking of its two properties; and

Whereas, Permission was granted in 2001 by adoption of Common Council Resolution File Number 010794; and

Whereas, Dermond Associates LLP was dissolved and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation purchased Derco Aerospace, Inc. and Derco Repair Services, Inc.; and

Whereas, Derco Aerospace, Inc. and Derco Repair Services, Inc. would like to collectively own this special privilege; and

Whereas, For the liability to be formally transferred, the Common Council needs to adopt an amending resolution; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That Common Council Resolution File Number 010794 is hereby rescinded.

Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Derco Aerospace, Inc., 8000 West Tower Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53223 and Derco Repair Services, Inc., 8065 West Fairlane Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53223 are hereby granted the following special privilege.
