ANLS:

This resolution authorizes the Health Department to apply for a GIS Infant Mortality Study Grant from The Perinatal Foundation. The purpose of the grant is to link records of births and deaths with social, demographic and environmental data and analysis and mapping of factors that contribute to infant mortality in the city.

BODY:

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee appears to be eligible for grant funds from The Perinatal Foundation to link records of births and deaths with social, demographic and environmental data and analysis and mapping of factors that contribute to infant mortality in the city; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that application to The Perinatal Foundation is authorized.
