Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st Aldermanic District

W. Atkinson Ave. – N. 19th Pl. to N. 19th St. (SM495020285): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $6,000)

N. Sherman Bl. – W. Fiebrantz Ave. to W. Marion Ave. (SM495020301): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $5,900)

2nd Aldermanic District
