Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2026 offices and positions in the City Service.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the offices and positions in the following departments:
Common Council-City Clerk, Election Commission, Health Department (Clinical Services Division, Environmental Health Division), Municipal Court

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 250699 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Health Department, Clinical Services Division, amend footnote (STDA) to read as follows:
(STDA) To expire 02/28/2027 unless the STD Infertility Prevention grant is extended.
Part 2. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 250699 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 7, 2026 - March 15, 2026):
Under Common Council-City Clerk, Central Administration Division, add one position of “Youth Development Coordinator” and add one position of “Youth Development Coordinator (0.5 FTE)”.
Under Health Department, Environmental Health Division, Emergency Response Preparation, delete two positions of “Temporary Health Project Assistant (0.11 FTE)(BCHW)” and add two positions of “Beach Water Monitoring Technician (0.11 FTE)(BCHW)”.
Under Municipal Court, Management and Administration, Court Alternative Services, delete one position of “Court Social Worker” and add one position of “Court Social Worker Coordinator”.
Part 3. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 250699 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 8, 2026 - March 29, 2026):
