Substitute ordinance to further amend the 1997 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 961001 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Salary Grade 007, delete the title "Business Development Representative (ISD)" and add the title "Business Development Representative (MIS)."

Under Salary Grade 008, add the title "Revenue and Financial Services Assistant-Senior."

Under Salary Grade 009, delete the title "ISD Financial Officer" and add the title "MIS Financial Officer."

Under Salary Grade 010, delete the title "Urban Design Manager" and substitute in lieu thereof the title "Long Range Planning Manager."

Under Salary Grade 012, delete the title "Client Services Manager (ISD)" and add the title "Client Services Manager (MIS)."

Under Salary Grade 014, delete the title "Professional Services Manager (ISD)" and add the title "Professional Services Manager (MIS)."

Part 2. Section 8 of ordinance File Number 961001 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 594, delete the title "Client Services Representative (ISD)" and add the title "Client Services Representative (MIS).

Part 3. Section 8 of ordinance File Number 961001 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby further amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 14, 1996 - June 30, 1996):

Under Pay Range 540, add the following statement at the end of the pay range:

"Employees not represented by a certified bargaining unit shall be paid the following biweekly rates: $1,201.56, 1,239.05, 1,279.32, 1,323.28 and 1,370.69."
