Analysis

This ordinance extends the portion of West Fond du Lac Avenue upon which cruising is prohibited to include the segment between West Capitol Drive and West Hampton Avenue.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-20.5-1-b-8 of the code is amended to read:

101-20.5.  Cruising Prohibited.

1.  DEFINITIONS.

b.  "Designated area" means:

b-8.  All of that portion of West Fond du Lac Avenue bounded by West Locust Street on the south and West [[Capitol Drive]] >>Hampton Avenue<< on the north.
