Minutes note: Nonrenewal of a Class "D" bartender licenses for James J. Grabowski and Julie A. Martin . Nonrenewal of a Tavern Amusement (Cabaret/Nite Club) License for Patrick D. Hudson for the premises located at 1243 W. Vliet St. ("Caribbean Culture Club & Restaurant") The President questioned whether the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee in this matter and any written exceptions, if filed by the licensee? Ayes: 14 - Ald. D'Amato, Henningsen, Bohl, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Dudzik, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, and President Pratt. Noes: 0. Excused: 1 - Ald. Hines. THE CHAIR asked whether the applicants or their counsel were present and wished to address the Council. James J. Grabowski not present. Julie A. Martin not present. Patrick D. Hudson present but did not wish to address the Council. Ald. Dudzik, Ald. Nardelli and Ald. Breier wish to be reported against the Committee recommendation for nonrenewal of a Tavern Amusement (Cabaret/Nite Club) License for Patrick D. Hudson for the premises located at 1243 W.
