Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Commercial Service (CS/D/40) to Manufacturing (M/D/40), on land located between South Howell Avenue and South 3rd Street and North of West Grange Avenue, in the 13th Aldermanic District.

This substitute ordinance will permit the property to be used for light industrial purposes.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-510(4).0009. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 4641 and the centerline of South 3rd Street; thence Easterly 449.40 feet to a point in the centerline of the recorded sewer easement, said point being the point of beginning of the lands to be described; thence Northerly along the centerline of said sewer easement 165.66 feet to a point; thence Northerly along the centerline of said sewer easement 70 feet to a point; thence Easterly 390.72 feet to a point; thence Southerly 232 feet to a point; thence Westerly 407 feet to the point of beginning from Commercial Service (CS/D/40) to Manufacturing (M/D/40).
