Whereas, The claimant, Nathan Gabor on behalf of Design Build, LLC , C.I. File No: 08-L-81, has filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $9,259.75; and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has agreed to pay the claim in the amount of $9,259.75; and

Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to settle this claim in the amount of $9,259.75; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City Check in the amount of $9,259.75, payable to the order of Nathan Gabor, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claims, approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Milwaukee Water Works Department Liability Account 006300 - Fund No. 0410 - Organization 6410 - Program 2631 - Sub Class R643.
