This resolution authorizes the Health Department to apply for the Milwaukee Allies Against Asthma Grant from Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.   The grant will support care coordination for children hospitalized due to the severity of their asthma.

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee appears to be eligible for grant funds from the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin to support care coordination for children hospitalized due to the severity of their asthma; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that application to children's Hospital of Wisconsin is authorized.
