Substitute resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations.
Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable.  After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
 
6th Aldermanic District
 
E. Lloyd St. - N. Holton St. to 120 feet m/l east of N. Booth St. (SM495030196):  Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $7,000)
 
8th Aldermanic District
 
S. 25th St. - W. Mitchell St. to W. Burnham St. (SM495030192):  Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $10,000)
 
12th Aldermanic District
 
S. 3rd St. - W. National Ave. to W. Mineral St. (SM495030194):  Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $7,400)
 
W. Windlake Ave. - W. Becher St. to W. Grant St. (SM495030195): Relaying combined sewer.  
 
17th Aldermanic District

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
