Title
Ordinance to amend the Development Incentive Zone (DIZ) known as the North Avenue Commerce Center, located on the North Side of West North Avenue and West of North 25th Street, in the 7th Aldermanic District. (DCD)
Analysis
This ordinance revises the previously approved Exhibit A relating to permitted and prohibited uses to reflect the new zoning code for all existing and future phases of the North Avenue Commerce Center and also reapproves Exhibit B relating to performance standards.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”), do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-1007.0002. The zoning map is amended to re-establish the Development Incentive Zone (DIZ) for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Meinecke Avenue, the zoning line within the right-of-way of North 27th Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of West North Avenue, the zoning line within the right-of-way of North 25th Street, a line 142 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 25th Street and a line 105 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Meinecke Avenue.

Part 2. In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-1007(2)(a) of the Code relating to the establishment of Development Incentive Zones, the Common Council approves the revised list of permitted and prohibited uses, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.

Part 3. In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-1007(2)(a) of the Code relating to the establishment of Development Incentive Zones, the Common Council reapproves the performance standards, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit B ...
