Analysis

This ordinance prohibits a license or permit applicant from receiving more than one waiver in cases where one year has elapsed since the granting or approval of a license or permit.

 

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. Section 85-18-4 of the code is created to read:

 

85-18. License or Permit Not Issued.

4. No person may receive more than one waiver under sub. 2 for each license or permit granted or approved.
