Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

2nd, 5th and 10th Aldermanic Districts

N. 76th St. (STH 181) - W. Center St. to W. Appleton Ave. (Portions in the City of Wauwatosa) (ST320061001) (2140-11-70) File Number 041289: Concrete pavement reconstruction, replace all curb and gutter, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where necessary, sodding, grading, and tree removal where necessary. (Grantor Paving Non-Reimbursable Fund Milwaukee -- $7,401,775; Grantor Paving Non-Reimbursable Fund Wauwatosa -- $261,905; Grantor Paving Reimbursable Fund Milwaukee -- $1,155,520; Non-Assessable Paving Fund -- $629,700; Assessable Paving Fund -- $50,000; Grantor Reimbursable Paving Fund Wauwatosa -- $22,100).
