Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $207,000 with the total cost estimated to be $2,328,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
1st Aldermanic District
Area Bounded By - N. Green Bay Ave. to N. 25th St. and W. Villard Ave. to W. Silver Spring Dr. (SM494210010). Sanitary Sewer lining. (Infiltration/Inflow Reduction Fund -- $55,000). The total estimated cost of this project is $731,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.
2nd Aldermanic District
Area Bounded By - W. Glendale Ave. to W. Congress St. and N. 71st St. to N. 66th St. (SM494210011) Sanitary Sewer lining. (Infiltration/Inflow Reduction Fund -- $55,000). The total estimated cost of this project is $232,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.
3rd Aldermanic District
E. Webster Pl. - N. Maryland Ave. to N. Prospect Ave. (SM495210077) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund-- $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project is $132,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.
