Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following water easements offered the City:

WE810B executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Milwaukee Public Schools, for a permanent water main easement in Vacated N. 10th St., from W. Highland Ave. to 300' N/O W. Highland Ave., in the City of Milwaukee.

WE901 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and St. Mary's Congregation, for a permanent water main easement in W. Forest Home Ave., from W. Edgerton Ave. to S. Allenwood Ln., in the Village of Hales Corners.

WE902 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Woodland Land Investment, LLC, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 7140, Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 from 600' E/O S. 88th St. to S. 88th St. and W. Howard Ave. to W. Waterford Ave., in the City of Greenfield.
