A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On N. Newhall Street from the south line of E. Bradford Avenue to a point 200 feet south thereof"

"On the north side of W. Nash Street from a point 150 feet east of the east curb line of N. 9th Street to N. 8th Street at any time"

"On the north side of W. North Avenue from N. 2nd Street to N. 4th Street from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"

"On the north side of W. North Avenue from the west curb line of N. 3rd Street west to a point 25 feet west of the safety island"

Part 2. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On N. 63rd Street between W. Capitol Drive and W. Fiebrantz Avenue"

"On the east side of N. Port Washington Road from a point 165 feet north of the north curb line of W. Capitol Drive north to W. Fiebrantz Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM"

"On the east side of N. Port Washington Road between W. Capitol Drive and W. Fiebrantz Avenue from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM"

"On E. North Avenue from N. Buffum Street to N. Holton Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"

"On W. North Avenue between N. 2nd and N. 3rd Streets from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM"

"On W. North Avenue between N. 3rd and N. 4th Streets between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM"

"On E. North Avenue between N. Cambridge Avenue and the Viaduct west thereof"

"On N. Oakland Avenue from E. North Avenue to E. Thomas Avenue between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM"
