Whereas, Erroneous weed cutting charges were made against this parcel of real estate in 1998; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 1998 Tax Roll by cancelling $25.00 of weed cutting charges against the following Tax Key Number:
353-0135-5 (also known as 2210 N. Palmer St.)
and the amount in this resolution is to be charged to Fund Number 001 Org 5650 Prog 0001 Account 009400
Further Resolved , That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
