Title
Resolution relative to the 2011 Capital Improvement Program to provide funds for underground conduit work at various locations.
Analysis
This resolution provides funds for Underground Conduit installations and alterations at various locations in response to communication needs and paving projects, and it authorizes additional 2010 fund transfers for the general purposes indicated.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to modify and/or install underground conduit at various locations; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Comptroller's office is authorized and directed transfer $800,000 from the Underground Conduit budget, Account Number ST280110000 to the general purpose sub-accounts indicated below:
