This motion denies the application for a food dealer license of Billy Hill at 6715 W. Villard Ave. in the 2nd aldermanic district.

Body

Whereas, The Health Department received an objection from Ald. Joe Davis for a food dealer license for Billy Hill at 6715 W. Villard Ave. in the 2nd aldermanic district; and

 

Whereas, The application and objection were forwarded to the Licenses Committee for a hearing on the matter; and

 

Whereas, An evidentiary hearing was scheduled before the Licenses Committee on October 30th at 8:30 a.m. to consider the objection; and

 

Whereas, After considering the testimony of Ald. Joe Davis, who was testifying as a neighbor of the proposed establishment, at said date and time, the Committee found that enough evidence was presented to deny the application; now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the food dealer license of Billy Hill at 6715 W. Villard Ave. has been denied based upon the testimony before the Licenses Committee on October 30, 2006.
