After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $539,000 with the total cost estimated to be $909,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

6th Aldermanic District

N. Holton St. - E. Concordia Ave. to E. Townsend St. (WT410170695): Abandon water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $1,000; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $14,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $50,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2017 construction season.

E. Meinecke Ave. - N. 1st St. to N. Palmer St. (SM495170011): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $148,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.

10th Aldermanic District

N. 60th St. - 300 feet m/l south of W. Clarke St. to W. Center St. (SM495170010): Relaying sanitary and storm sewers. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $151,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2017 construction season.
