This resolution grants a special privilege to Toetz Enterprises LLC for a covered walk and moveable planters in the public right-of-way for the premises at 6317 West Blue Mound Road.
Body
Whereas, The applicant is requesting permission to keep and maintain a covered walk that has been in the public right-of-way for a number of years; and

Whereas, A site visit revealed the presence of two moveable planters in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Said items may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That Toetz Enterprises LLC, 7461 Hill Valley Court, Greendale, WI 53129, is hereby granted the following special privileges:

1. To install and maintain two moveable planters in the south, 15-foot wide sidewalk area of West Blue Mound Road. Each planter is located adjacent to the leg of the covered walk described in Item #2 below. Said planters are 19 inches tall and 20 inches square.

2. To install and maintain a 9-foot 8-inch wide covered walk projecting 12 feet into the south, 15-foot wide sidewalk area of West Blue Mound Road. Said covered walk is centered approximately 105 feet west of the westline of North 63rd Street.

The covered walk shall be supported by the building and two vertical supports near each corner closest to the curb along each side of the covered walk. Each vertical support nearest the curb is centered approximately 2 feet 8 inches from the curb line. There is an opening 9 feet 3 inches wide between the vertical supports, which parallels the curb.
