This resolution will cancel apartment garbage collection charges.

Whereas, Invoices for apartment garbage collection charges were erroneously made against certain properties as follows:
Invoice No. 1035R/12-17-97: Kevin O'Connor, c/o FOAM Investors of Wisconsin, P. O. Box 747, Brookfield, WI 53008; property at 5808 N. Lovers Lane, Tax Key 180-99661. Original invoice was paid 1/20/98. Refund $54.78, three months service resulting from the City ceasing collection at this address due to logistical problems. Please send refund check for $54.78 to the above address.
Invoice No. 293F/12-17-97: Betty Stell, 20880 George Hunt Circle, #426, Waukesha, WI 53186; property at 120 S. 76th Street, Tax Key 419-0381-000. Refund $153.42 resulting from the address being misidentified as a 20 unit building when it is a complex of 5 four unit buildings. Original invoice was paid 2/5/98. Please send refund check for $153.42 to the above address.
Invoice 685F/6/15/98: Jack Yang, 155 W. Fairfield Ct. Oak Creek, WI 53154; property at 10435 W. Donna Dr., . Tax Key 040-0113-000-0. Refund $59.61 resulting from the address being misidentified as a 9 unit building when it is three 3 unit buildings. Original invoice was paid 7/13/98. Please send refund check for $59.61 to the above address.
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to cancel the above apartment garbage collection charges and issue refund checks as noted above,
and the amount in this resolution is to be charged to Fund Number 01-565-9469; and, be it
Further Resolved , That no interest be paid on the delinquent charges in this resolution.
