ANLS:
- ANALYSIS - This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to issue an excavation permit on pavement that is less than three years old.
BODY:
Whereas, J.M. Construction Consulting Management wishes to install a new water service for a Warner Cable Communications Distribution Hub at 6747 West Calumet Road; and
Whereas, An open cut method of installation is required in West Calumet Road; and
Whereas, This open cut will affect pavement less than three years old and subject to a pavement guarantee; and
Whereas, J.M. Construction Consulting Management desires to install this cable prior to the expiration of the pavement guarantee date; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue an excavation permit to allow the installation of a water service in the guaranteed pavement in West Calumet Road; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the pavement restoration of the affected street shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications and restrictions established by the Department of Public Works of the City of Milwaukee and at no cost to the City.
