Resolution rescinding authorizaton to use capital sewer funds for the installation of a sanitary sewer in N. Commerce St. between W. Pleasant St. and N. Holton St. (Infrastructure Services)

- ANALYSIS -
This resolution will rescind the authority to fund a sanitary sewer in N. Commerce Street between W. Pleasant St. and N. Holton St. with capital sewer funds. The sewer will now be funded by Tax Increment District (TID) No. 22.
BODY:
Whereas, On January 17, 1997, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted File Number 961348 approving sanitary sewer installation in N. Commerce St. between W. Pleasant St. and N. Holton St.; and
Whereas, Said sanitary sewer was originally funded using capital sewer funds;
Whereas, Said sanitary sewer will now be funded by TID No. 22; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the sanitary sewer utilizing capital sewer funds be rescinded from File 961348 as follows:
"N. Commerce St. - W. Pleasant St. to N. Holton St. (811-0017-0) File Number 951594: Install sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable New Sewer Fund 31-523---170-0001 -- $225,000)"

Further Resolved, That the proper city officers comply with the requirements of File Number 881665, said File being the Guidelines for the Control of Capital Expenditures.
