Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2006 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance makes positions changes to the following departments: Health Department, Department of Public Works-Administrative Services Division and Operations Division, and Police Department.

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 050457 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2006 - January 1, 2006):

Under “Department of Public Works-Administrative Services Division, Technology Support Services”, delete one position of “System Analyst-Senior” and add one position of “Telecommunications Analyst-Senior.”

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 050457 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Health Department, Maternal, Child and Home Environmental Health Division, Comprehensive Home Visiting Grant (E)”, delete one position of “Public Health Educator II (X)(E)”; under “Healthy Behaviors and HealthCare Access Division, Medical Assistance Outreach Program”, delete one position of “Health Access Assistant II (X)(CC)(S2)” and add one position of “Public Health Educator II (X)(S)” and one position of “Health Access Assistant II (X)(CC)” and add footnote “(S)” to read as follows: “To expire 12/31/06 unless the Medical Assistance Outreach Grant is extended. Partially funds one position of Public Health Educator II” and delete footnotes “(S1) and “(S2)” in their entirety; under “Adolescent Community Health Grant (J)”, add one position of “Project Coordinator - Plain Talk (J)(K)”; under “Preventive Health Grant (I)”, add one position of “Office Assistant II (I)(MMM)”; under “Milwaukee Breast Cancer Awareness Program”, delete one p...
