Whereas, The Department of Employee Relations proposes to conduct a Request for Proposal process to identify such a partner or vendor.

Resolved, That the Department of Employee Relations is hereby authorized to complete a Request for Proposal process and make a recommendation to the Finance and Personnel Committee following the process.
