Resolution accepting two Water Easements (Department of City Development).
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easements offered the City of Milwaukee:
Water Easement WE-835, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Greenfield Senior Housing, LLC, a Wisconsin Limited Liability Company, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 6405, Parcel 1, from 680 feet north of West Cold Spring Road and 141 feet east of South 35th Street to 443 feet north of West Cold Spring Road and South 35th Street, in the City of Greenfield.
Water Easement WE-849, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Arlington Investments WI-VII, for a permanent water main easement in lands from 550 feet south of West Bradley Road to West Bradley Road and 450 feet west of North 60th Street to 798 feet west of North 60th Street, in the City of Milwaukee.
are accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
