Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easement offered the City:

Water Easement WE-820, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Tuckaway Club Enterprises, Inc., for a permanent water main easement in South Tuckaway Boulevard (Private) at 540 feet more or less south of West Edgerton Avenue and 350 feet more or less east of South 35th Street, in the City of Greenfield.

is accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
