Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the proposal is to build a new storefront in a historical style with roof repair as needed. Staff recommends approval with a couple conditions, one being a darker wood stain and chemical cleaning of brick shall require a separate COA and city permit, light fixtures shall be reviewed by staff.
