- Analysis - This resolution authorizes the Department of Public Works, Infrastructure Services Division to pay the 2000 Environmental Fees in the amount of $10,000 for the Storm Water Discharge Permit and $250 for the Wastewater Discharge Permit.

BODY:

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee is required to pay an Environmental Fee to the Department of Natural Resources for the 2000 Storm Water Discharge Permit and 2000 Wastewater Discharge Permit in the amount of $10,000 and $250 respectively; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council that the City Engineer is authorized and directed to pay the Department of Natural Resources 2000 Environmental Fees from the Sewer Maintenance Fund 0490-06831.
