This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to execute project agreements with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) for the programming of several bridge reconstruction projects with Federal/State Aid under the Local Bridge Replacement Program. These agreements are for preliminary engineering for these projects. The resolution also authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to seek further Federal/State aid for construction costs for the projects. Preliminary engineering costs are eligible for 80% Federal/State aid. The total preliminary engineering costs for these projects is estimated to be $791,000, of which the City's share will be $158,200.

Whereas, Preliminary approval for preliminary engineering has been requested and received from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) along with agreements to be executed by the City of Milwaukee for the programming of the following bridge reconstruction or rehabilitation projects with Federal/State aid under the Local Bridge Replacement Program:
