Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts
of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South 39th Street from a point 40 feet south of south curb line of West Ohio Avenue to a point 140 feet north thereof, at any time”

Part 2. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Old World Third Street from West Wisconsin Avenue north to the alley

On the east side of North 4th Street from West Wisconsin Avenue north to the alley

On the north side of West Wisconsin Avenue from North Old World Third Street to North 4th Street

On the west side of South 39th Street from a point 1180 feet north of West Morgan Avenue to a point 160 feet north thereof

Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of East Ogden Avenue from the east curb line of North Broadway to a point 100 feet east thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 4. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Appleton Avenue from a point 130 feet east of West Carmen Avenue to a point 30 feet east thereof

On the north side of West Highland Avenue from North 8th street to a point 85 feet east

On the north side of West Morgan Avenue from a point 525 feet east of South 43rd Street to a point 30 feet east thereof

On the east side of South 43rd Street from a point 760 feet north of West Morgan Avenue to a point 30 feet north thereof
