This substitute ordinance will allow the South 16th Street Health Center to use this entire area for off-street parking.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-610(4).0027. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Washington Street; a line 170 feet East of the East line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive; a line 150 feet North of the North line of West Washington Street; a line 132.5 feet East of the East line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive; the South line of West Mineral Street; a line 120 feet East of the East line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive; the centerline of West Mineral Street; a line 230 feet East of the East line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive; a line 150 feet North of the North line of West Washington Street; and a line 200 feet East of the East line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, from Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40) to Parking (P/D/40).
