This resolution extends the indemnification agreement entered into between the City and the Annuity and Pension Board through September 30, 1997.
BODY:
Whereas, On June 30, 1992, the City of Milwaukee and the Annuity and Pension Board entered into an indemnification agreement, and subsequently extended the agreement through June 26, 1997; and
Whereas, The parties are interested in further extending the agreement through September 30, 1997 in order to have time to consider a new agreement; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the amendment to the indemnification agreement made on the 30th day of June, 1992 by and between the City of Milwaukee and the Annuity and Pension Board of the Employes' Retirement System, a copy of which is annexed to the file, is approved and the proper City officers are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City.
