Title

Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Local Business (L/D/40) to Regional Shopping (RS/D/40) on land located on the North Side of West Loomis Road and West of South 27th Street, in the 11th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to permit various retail uses.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-340(2).0047. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of South 27th Street, the centerline of West Morgan Avenue, the centerline of South 31st Street to the City limits line extended Easterly to the centerline of South Point Terrace and the centerline of West Loomis Road, from Local Business (L/D/40) to Regional Shopping (RS/D/40).
