Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts
of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Burleigh Street from North Pierce Street to North Fratney Street on school days from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West Hope Avenue from a point 480 feet west of North 27th Street to North 31st Street”
“On the east side of North Emmber Lane from the Milwaukee River to West Canal Street at any time”
“On the west side of North Emmber Lane from West Canal Street to the Menomonee River Bridge at any time”
“On the east side of North 22nd Street from a point approximately 200 feet north of West Wisconsin Avenue to a point approximately 70 feet further north thereof at any time”
“On the east side of North 22nd Street from a point 120 feet south of West Wells Street to a point 30 feet further south thereof at any time”
“On the west side of North 9th Street from West North Avenue to West Meinecke Avenue at any time”
“On the west side of North 9th Street from the north curb line of West Meinecke Avenue to a point 70 feet north thereof at any time. (6th Ward)”
“On the north side of East Erie Street from C. & N.W. Railway Co. right-of-way west to North Jeffererson Street, at any time”
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North Emmber Lane from the Menomonee River to a point 140 feet south
On the east side of South 27th Street from a point 125 feet south of West Ohio Avenue to a point 70 feet south thereof
