Whereas, The applicant desires to place and maintain two covered walks at 1800 North Farwell Avenue that will encroach into the public rights-of-way; and
Whereas, Said covered walks may only legally occupy the public right-of-way by the granting of a special privilege resolution by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Greenfield's, 1800 North Farwell Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53202, is hereby granted the following special privilege:
To install, keep and maintain two covered walks at the property known as 1800 North Farwell Avenue. Said covered walks, approximately 5 feet in width, are centered approximately 5 feet north of the northline of East Royall Place and approximately 5 feet east of the eastline of North Farwell Avenue. The covered walk on the east side of North Farwell Avenue encroaches approximately 9 feet 2 inches into the 11-foot wide sidewalk area o n the east side of North Farwell Avenue and the covered walk on the north side of East Royall Place encroaches approximately 11 feet into the 15-foot wide sidewalk area on the north side of East Royall Place.
