Whereas, Snow removal charges were made against a parcel of real estate in 1998; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 1998 Tax Roll by cancelling $8.72 of snow removal charges against Tax Key Number 266-0519-000-5 (also known as 3501-03 N. 53rd Street), chargeable to Fund Number 0001-5650-0001-009400, and
To issue a check in the amount of $8.72 to the above-mentioned property owner as he paid his tax bill in full.
