Title

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by 338 East Bay Street, LLC and will allow the subject site to be combined with the property to the west, 338 East Bay Street, zoned LB2.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 342 East Bay Street, Tax Key No. 466-0132-000, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
