Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st Aldermanic District

W. Silver Spring Dr. - N. 27th St. to 450 feet m/l west of N. 27th St. (SM495040157): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $10,000)

3rd Aldermanic District

N. Astor St. - E. Pearson St. to E. Hamilton St. (SM495040124): Relay combined sewer.

N. Humboldt Ave. - E. Brady St. to E. Kane Pl. (SM495040116): Relay combined sewer.

E. North Ave. - N. Bartlett Ave. to N. Oakland Ave. (SM495040173): Combined sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $40,000)
