Analysis

This ordinance corrects a boundary description for a previously approved change in zoning.

Body

Whereas, On June 25, 2002, the Common Council approved the change in zoning from Industrial (I/B/85) and Local Business (L/A/85) to a Detailed Planned Development (DPD) known as Riverbridge; and

Whereas, An error in the June 25, 2002, boundary description necessitates this correcting ordinance; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain that Ordinance No. 011719 is corrected as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-810(2)(b).0190. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the centerline of North Water Street, the centerline of North Humboldt Avenue, the centerline of the Milwaukee River and a line 486 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Humboldt Avenue.
