Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

6th Aldermanic District

N. Buffum St. - E. Burleigh St. to E. Auer Ave. (ST211130149): Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $5,200; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $2,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $7,200. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.

8th Aldermanic District

W. Becher St. - S. Muskego Ave. to S. 26th St. (ST211160142): Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $8,200; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $10,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $18,200. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.
