This ordinance will correct the boundary description for a previoulsy approved planned development.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances ("Code") a new section to read:
Section 295-810(2)(b).0105.
(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-810(1) of the Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee reapproves the detailed plan for Phase 4 of a planned development known as Alexian Village, a copy of which is attached to Common Council File No. 971965 as Exhibit "A" on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.
(2) The zoning map is amended to redesignate the area as a Detailed Planned Development (DPD) located at Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 4130 recorded on November 25, 1981, as Document No. 5513456, and lands being part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said 1/4 Section; thence South 00 deg. 24 min. 30 sec. East along the East line of said 1/4 Section 1722.43 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 35 min. 30 sec. West 87.00 feet to the point of beginning of the lands to be described; thence South 00 deg. 24 min. 30 sec.
