- Analysis -

This resolution will allow for modifications to the colors of the exterior elevations of the Marcus cinema.

BODY:

Whereas, Section 295-814(5) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits variation to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and

Whereas, Phase 2 of a Detailed Planned Development known as Southgate Marketplace was approved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee on November 9, 1999, under File No. 990520; and

Whereas, The proposed changes to the colors of the exterior elevations of the Marcus cinema are consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved plan and will not adversely affect surrounding development and a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the minor modification to the approved plan permitting modifications to the colors of the exterior elevations of the Marcus cinema is approved.
