This ordinance will permit industrial and office uses rather than residential.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-520(4).0009. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Brown Deer Road, the Northwest quarter section line of Town 08 North, Range 21 East, Section 08, the north line of the railroad right-of-way, and a line 309.87 feet West and parallel to the west line of the Northwest quarter section line of Town 08 North, Range 21 East, Section 08, from Residential and Office (RO/D/40) to Industrial (I/D/40).
