This motion approves the revocation of the Public Passenger Vehicle - Luxury Limousine Permit, No. 209 of Pamela Olecik, Agent for Airport Service.

Body

Whereas, The Public Safety Committee received a notarized complaint from Richard Pfaff, License Division of the Office of the City Clerk requesting revocation of the Public Passenger Vehicle - Luxury Limousine Permit, No. 209 of Pamela Olecik, Agent for Airport Service due to failure to maintain insurance as required by city ordinance; and

 

Whereas, An evidentiary hearing was scheduled before the Public Safety Committee on March 29, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the revocation request; and

 

Whereas, After considering the testimony at said date and time, the Committee found that enough evidence exists to justify a revocation of the permit; now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the revocation request of City of Milwaukee License Division for the Public Passenger Vehicle - Luxury Limousine Permit, No. 209, of Pamela Olecik, Agent for Airport Service has been approved based upon the testimony provided.
