This ordinance adds a sixth designated reinvestment area to the certificate of code compliance program. Designated reinvestment area 6 is bounded approximately by West Lincoln Avenue, Interstate 43/94, West Cleveland Avenue and South 13th Street.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 200-52-2-d-6 of the code is created to read:
200-52. Certificate of Code Compliance.
2. DEFINITIONS.
d-6. Designated reinvestment area number 6 means the area which is bounded clockwise by West Lincoln Avenue, Interstate 43/94, West Rosedale Avenue, South 6th Street, West Cleveland Avenue and South 13th Street.
