Title
Motion amending the schedule of Common Council and Committee meetings for 2004.
Analysis
This motion amends the calendar of Common Council and Committee meetings for the year 2004 in the following ways:
1. The Steering and Rules meeting currently scheduled for July 15 is rescheduled to July 14 at 1:30 p.m.
2. The regular Common Council meeting currently scheduled for October 8 is rescheduled to October 11.
3. The Utilities and Licenses Committee meeting currently scheduled for October 12 is rescheduled to October 13.
4. The Public Improvements Committee meeting currently scheduled for October 13 is rescheduled to October 18 at 1:30 p.m.
Body
It is moved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the calendar of Common Council and Committee meetings for the year 2004 as approved by Common Council File Number 030565 on September 23, 2003; and as amended by Common Council File Number 031234, approved on December 19, 2003; and as further amended by Common Council File Number 040283, approved on June 15, 2004, is further amended by inserting the following paragraph at the end of Common Council File Number 030565:
"Pursuant to Common Council File Number 040343, please note the following changes to the calendar of Common Council and Committee meetings for the year 2004:
1. The Steering and Rules meeting scheduled for July 15 is rescheduled to July 14 at 1:30 p.m.
2. The regular Common Council meeting scheduled for October 8 is rescheduled to October 11.
3. The Utilities and Licenses Committee meeting scheduled for October 12 is rescheduled to October 13.
4. The Public Improvements Committee meeting scheduled for October 13 is rescheduled to October 18 at 1:30 p.m."
